Hello from the Truman Elementary School Health Office. "Your children are wonderful!" - Fran Mahoney, RN at Truman Elementary School.
Physicals: Truman's School Nurse is asking parents to provide the school with your child's physical from your doctor or pediatrician, each school year, with immunizations.
Clothes: Truman needs clothes. Our students have bathroom accidents. Having your child keep a change of clothes in a plastic bag at school is very helpful if needed. We have a small amount of clothes that were donated to the school. If your child come home with different clothes on, please wash and return them so we can reuse them.
School Vaccination Requirements: All students going to school must get all required vaccinations, per New York State Department of Health.
