Buffalo Bills stand with students at Martin Road.

The Buffalo Bills made a surprise visit to Lackawanna! Coach Sean McDermott and players like Josh Allen, Matt Milano and more visited both our Lackawanna Middle and High School as well as Martin Road Elementary to talk and participate in activities with our students.

At Martin Road Elementary, players worked with the students to plant flowers in the courtyard and make beaded bracelets before being treated to a celebratory parade around the school. The Bills also received special goodie bags with merchandise signed by our Martin Road students.

At the Middle/High School, Coach McDermott and the players were able to speak with students about athletics and how they got where they are today. The team visited classrooms around the school and were able to take photos with students and teachers alike!

Thank you to the Buffalo Bills for this amazing opportunity! It was a pleasure having you in our schools and we would love to see you again!

A special thank you to On the Mark Signs of Hamburg for creating the beautiful banners for the players to sign and 5 Star Plowing and Landscaping of Lackawanna for donating all of the flowers and mulch for the courtyard beautification project at Martin Road Elementary.
