The 8th grade class participated in a field trip to The Taste of Technology at one of the Erie One BOCES Career and Technical Centers, organized through our Guidance Department. Prior to the field trip, school counselors led the 8th grade through Career Interests Inventory's to explore careers within their areas of interest. Each student then chose three programs to explore at the Taste of Technology. This provided them with the chance to have hands-on experience within each of their chosen programs of interest. Our students were complimented multiple times throughout the program as they displayed our Steeler Standards; Responsible, Respectful, Safe and Kind. We are proud of our 8th grade students!
