LHS students were given the special opportunity to visit the Connect Life Williamsville Headquarters to learn more about the organization and their impact in our community.
Students learned about the process of organ and tissue donations and got the chance to interact with numerous professionals in the field to discuss organ transportation, kidney disease, family outreach and blood processing.
Students also observed one of Connect Life's labs in action as it processed blood donations that service the eight core Western NY counties.
