"As a passionate 5th-grade teacher at Martin Road Elementary, I believe that every student possesses a unique talent waiting to be discovered and nurtured. This is my second year here at Martin Road, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to be part of this community. Prior to teaching 5th grade, I taught first grade in another district, which gave me valuable insights into the early stages of learning.
My journey in education feels especially meaningful, as I grew up attending Lackawanna High School. Getting hired in this district felt like coming home, and it’s been a rewarding experience to help shape the future of the students in a district I also once attended. Every day, I strive to create an environment where my students feel supported, challenged, and excited to reach their full potential."
