The Lackawanna community came together to celebrate the grand reopening of the Lackawanna Middle/High School Back Auxillary gym.
The gym looks fantastic with numerous improvements such as a new painted job, relined and resurfaced flooring, branded wall mats, new bleachers, a dividing gym curtain, basketball systems, a batting cage, new gym lights, and a new scoreboard and sound system.
Students, staff, administration and community members alike joined us for the official ribbon cutting to open the new gym and wasted no time in breaking it in with a Boys Varsity Wrestling Match against Eden. Before their match, all who attended the reopening were treated to an assortment of food and refreshments to further celebrate this monumentous occasion.
