5th Grade Students cheer at pep rally at Martin Road

Martin Road Elementary had some special visitors for its annual Health and Wellness Week. Players on the Buffalo Bills made an appearance as a part of the exciting Play 60 Charged Up event sponsored by Wegmans and the Buffalo Bills team.

Featuring several Buffalo Bills players like Fred Jackson (Retired #22), Darrynton Evans (#37), Ja'Marcus Ingram (#46), Christian Benford (#47), Quintin Morris (#85) and Dion Dawkins (#73) this initiative promotes physical and mental health for students in grades five through eight. Students had the opportunity to ask questions to the players and participate in outdoor activities encouraging fitness, nutrition and overall wellness.
