LCSD recognizes Martin Road Elementary teacher, Tina Gagliardo.
"I've been teaching 2nd grade and then 4th grade in the Lackawanna City School District for the last 15 years. I am dedicated to giving my students a safe and loving classroom community where they can feel confident to make mistakes as they are learning. I am passionate about instilling my love of reading and writing into my students to become lifelong readers and writers themselves.
One of my greatest accomplishments as an educator in Lackawanna is to see my former students and families return and share their successes with me. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family."
