The Birthday squad of Buffalo is a local organization that gives donations to schools so that children can have special recognition on their birthday. This program has been running at the Middle school under the supervision of Mrs. Zahn. This year, Mrs. Zahn came together with Mrs. Lynch to spread the birthday love to Martin Road. When each child at Martin Road has a birthday, they receive a special birthday present and at the end of the month they celebrate at our MRE birthday bash.
On September 26, all of the children with September birthdays came together to celebrate. Mrs. Zahn and the middle school student counsel came to Martin Rd to throw the party! They planned outdoor games, a water balloon toss, a birthday cheer and freezie pops! The children were filled with joy! Thank you birthday squad!
