Our Lackawanna Middle School 8th Grade students got to attend the "Taste of Tech" held by Erie 1 BOCES' Potter Career and Technical Center, where they were introduced to the many programs that BOCES has to offer.
Our students got a chance to see and participate in a variety of Erie 1 BOCES programs such as Cosmetology, Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, Automotive Technician Training and more.
This event gave many students a greater understanding of their future educational options with many returning from the "Taste of Tech" excited about joining one of these programs when they get to high school. Thank you to Erie 1 BOCES for hosting this event!
